Had some in the 1990s; for a brief period we had the Latin American ones united under the banner of "Mundo Mythica" organised by the late Danny O'Hara which brought together all those people had created.
Mine were Costa Guano with its opponents El Bravado and San Salvatore.....

I also had a post-Soviet state; the Central Eurasian Republic....

It was an excuse to use my collection of 1:87 modern armour. Both involved coups and revolutions...

Quite pleased with the way the whole scene is shaping up...tribal village, sahel village, desert outpost, mosque, town and even a garage...
Warriors dreams, summer grasses, all that remains

I have a small state modern Imagi-nation, the Principality of Kastriot.

Set in the Black Sea states, painted a few figures but no vehicles yet, plan to do small skirmish type games.

Cheers
Matt

My 'Sahara' inspired imagi-nation would not be complete without a long-forgotten wreck of a Confederate ironclad. Recently discovered in the Rep. de Senemal, the remains of 'CSS Texas' - an objective either full of Confederate gold sought after by all factions or a potential observation post or arms cache for the 'Alfellaga'...

That is very fun! An awesome objective marker, and an idea I am definitely stealing...

Looks great. One of my "guilty pleasure" movies (definitely helped by Penelope Cruz).

I have often wondered about trying to make the aeroplane windsurfer thing, but it's way beyond my skills  :(
