Looks good. Which strength of gunk was it?

The middle one, strong tone. I thought it was a bit too strong so I thinned it a little with white spirit.

PS. I think the important thing is re-instating the colours and not leaving the army painter as your final layer.
Also I'm painting on top of thinned plaka red brown (almost a wash) over a white undercoat so that makes everything lghter and cleaner to start with.
So I'm painting two layers of the same shade with a layer of quickshade sandwiched inbetween.
