Here's a bit of shameless self promotion!   - My second two page colour spread is featured in this months Wargames Illustrated. There are more photos showing the dockside complete with the Demeter ship sailing into dock. There are also shots of Jack The Ripper and  close ups of my carriage conversions.  :)

Excellent! Can't wait to see them.

I like your idea of The Doctor making an appearance in London. I know he's had a couple of other visits to Victorian Britain, but your pics have got me thinking about using him in a VSF game or two.

I'm willing to bet that Jack the Ripper is actually an alien, stealing body parts for his own nefarious ends [in an X-Files kinda way]. I'm sure the Doc will work it out!

When I win the lottery I'll commission someone to make me a model London like yours. Sadly no time, money or talent at the moment

Cheers,
Ian

Prof - is my memory right in thinking you are in Germany ?
If so I would happily post you a copy of WI if you could get me a German magazine in return.

Its an Ainsty castings model, now available from Old Crow. They also make a clear resin one for that dematerialising effect. :)  The lettering was supplied by  Pappa Midnight who frequents this site. Here is a link to the future wars section you will see his painted Tardis, and a great job he has made of it too! :)

I wanted to ask, but I didn't want to dig up the old thread: How tall are the Old Crow Tardis models?

(I have a Tardis key-ring and wondered if it's the same size!)

Prof -
Any kind of German wargame/history/military modelling magazine, (but preferably not White Dwarf in German unless there's no other option).
