Mike Fink River Pirate Keel Boats
« on: May 24, 2011, 04:12:13 PM »
Anyone know a good source of these for 28mm figures -- or something easily converted to be good enough.  I love the Disney Davy Crocket shows/films, and I've wanted to run a multi-player keel boat race for some time.  Any pointers would be appreciated.

I know that Barzso Playsets has (or had) one with their Davy Crockett range.  As I recall, the size would not look out of place with most 28mm, it was not huge.  Try ebay.

There was a German(?) company that released a nice 1/72 scale model of a pioneer flatboat with interior but do you think I can find the link? Although, with nearly 900 links in my modelling-related favourites folder, it's not too surprising it's hidden! I had saved some pictures but I can't remember the company, sorry.  The pics are © by GFL, if that jogs anybody's memory.
