Inspirational VSF images
« on: February 01, 2011, 06:20:39 PM »
Just look at this picture from Moebuis, aka, Jean Giraud;

Wowie!

Let's see what other stuff we can dig up.

By the way, does anybody know where that image is from? I just found it on a random image search.

Awesome picture!  :o

I know! Cowboys, giant steam driven cannon, French heavy cavalrymen and an enigmatic, white bearded fellow. Pure, distilled VSF.

Now, gentlemen, I believe that was a challenge.

By the way, does anybody know where that image is from? I just found it on a random image search.

Sorry, no help at the moment, either as to origin, or anything to match that hasn't been on the forum already, but I shall begin seeking!

Here's to enigmatic, white bearded fellows! Okay, mine's only gray, but...

I've one out of a GI Joe uber missile launcher that is beggin' for a cart like that.

FYI: The missiles are hidden in the center.

Of course, I always thought the vehicle itself should be a future troopship.

This one might be the base to go - huge enough (both in dimensions and conversion work...) for 28mm:

Well, some 40K-folks did this stunt with the 1/35 "Mörser Karl" for their DKoK army.
TANK POLO? God, how our gardener hated that game!
