The mushrooms with hands are so expressive!!! Lovely!  :-*

Those are the Morels. I am happy you like them, Dinos. If things aren't too crazy today, I should have more of them sculpted.

A surfeit of fungal delight!

Thanks, Amigo! I am happy you like them.

The faces you see in the caps are suggestions that some of my more imaginative viewers find..it happened with the last batch as well.
Thanks for the reply, syrinxo! I am happy you like them.

AND, despite the day's crazies. I managed to finish up the sculpting of the five plus Mushrooms from yesterday:

The Maniacal Morels:

AND the Point Capped Fellows:

Not too shoddy a day's work.

Various species and expressions! An interesting bunch! Eager to see them painted!

Face Book posted an anniversary share of one of my Mushroom Box photos recently. That is what gave me the idea of doing another Box.
Thanks for the reply, Dinos. I am happy you like the range of expressions. I am looking forward to full color pics myself.

Thanks for the kind reply, Dinos. Circumstances have made painting impossible; SO the sculpting has taken over.

Like the new guys! Particularly the guy in the middle, looking up and away, with the "Who, meeee?" expression.

Didn't know you were on Facebook! If you post other pix there, that might actually get me to check that place out more often. Most of the posts there kinda turn me away.

Thanks, Bret. I am glad you like them...it is the innocent looking ones you have to watch out for.
I had joined FaceBook mostly to keep in touch with my son, Phil, but I ran into some old friends as well.
I use my actual name there; i.e., Alan Preuss. I have a fair number of albums posted.

I admit that it took me an embarrassingly long time before I made the connection between Nala and Alan. In spite of being here for years, I think I only realized that this past winter.

I am not the sharpest tool, sometimes...  lol lol lol

The somewhat dopey look on the one in the front row, third from the left (so, just left of the one Mister Frau Blucher commented on) feels appropriate in this case. At a battle of wits where everyone else rolled out land mines and heavy artillery, he's the one who's toddled on in with a spork.  lol

The name was a spinoff on one of Cap'n John's nom de character, Nhoj Repppelk the Dwarf. It is his name backward. SO I did a reversal on my first name & added deaf because I am...you would be surprised how many folks don't get it.

The Mushroom in question does look like he brought a duck to the cock fight.
