Getting into trouble is one of my many talents.

It's good to have talents.
Nice work on the buildings.

Cruel Reality is now done. He is seen here floating down the alley on Toil & Trouble's Isle:

Evocative! Especially the first picture is very atmospheric!  :-*

Thanks, Dinos. I was going for a little drama with the first photo. I am glad you liked it.

Ohhhh, I see what you did there...  ;)

Love it!

The ectoplasmic base he rests on, with its tormented faces has turned out wonderfully too - one easily imagines them shifting in and out, moving, merging, and dividing as various trapped spirits form themselves long enough to howl in anguish before being subsumed and replaced.

Thanks for the reply, Fram. I am happy you like it AND that it set your imagination going...that make the piece a success!

Waking up & finding it was all a bad dream would be a WONDERFUL option. Reality is too weird to be real.

The dwarfs look ferocious and the Shields so expressive, but my real soft spot is your buildings! Cheers!

Thanks, Dinos. I am happy you like the new stuff.
Making buildings was/is my first love; populating them came later.

great stuff.
Really like that colour you're using for the spook shields, and other gribbly ghostly manifestations.

The highlights on the spook shields didn't show up in the photos for some reason or other...probably the lighting. I used Americana Bluegrass Green & Sea Breeze.

Americana Bluegrass Green

now that's a paint worth having for the name alone!
