They look great, especially on that scary woods stage!

Thanks, Frugalmax. I am happy you like the Mushrooms & the stage. The background adds a lot to the photos & presents a story line to the miniatures. The stages were a lot of fun to make as well.

Well DeafNala,

631 pages and read an astounding (1336150 times), and you still keep putting out the most characterful and sometimes slightly creepy little works of art.

This thread is like the below ground links that the fungi (mycorrhizal?) use to communicate with one another, and trees and other plants, and by that I mean it's amazing! :-*

When was the last time that you did a shot of the whole lot together, my guess is that by now you would need a drone and G****e earth to fit it all in :o

Keep up the good work

Glen

Thanks for a most thoughtful reply, Glen. I am happy you enjoy all the stuff. If I had kept all the things I made it would have been quite a horde of Mushrooms & other miniatures. As it is, there a quite a few folk that have a few of my strange little creations. I should, however take some photos of all the one I have kept. It would still be quite a good sized group portrait.
I hadn't realized that I had THAT many reads. If all the folk who read the thread did it during work hours, I probably damaged the world economy.

I look forward to seeing them! And no worries, this thread is seriously impressive, and a great source of inspiration.

Thanks again Basementboy! I have the dollies done for the new four Mushrooms & did a bunch of supporting cast puffballs today. The day is relatively young; SO there may be more things/progress before it is over.

I'm always looking for new idea, color schemes, & inspiration. Today I had a productive visit to Pinterest:

I already have ideas on how I will make the tree trunk/stump. I just need to get a few large wood circle & away we go.

Thanks for the reply, Basementboy. I agree; i.e., Pinterest has all sorts of really imaginative creations. Plus, since the stills can be cut & pasted, I can keep them as a reference. I have quite an album of pics. I suppose it is of more help to someone like me who does scratch pieces than a more traditional mini painter.

Thanks for the reply & the good wishes, Dinos. I love the colors of the mushroom.  They definitely supply me with some interesting ideas. The towering central pieces would be ideal for larger groups of Mushrooms. Since I have been making the sculpts in groups of seven or more Mushroom plus support mushrooms at a time a large base would work well.
I have SO many ideas. It would be wonderful to stick around & actually see them realized.

Thanks, Frugalmax! I am delighted you like the new stuff.
I hope to get them based up soon AND finish the remaining three from this batch. I already am thinking of what will come next. Ideas for the new Mushroom Forest photo stage are sprouting as well.
