Nice use of the old guy from the Metal Magic Asterix range.  lol

Thanks, W.K.! As a fellow disreputable Old Man, I could relate with the Geriatrix mini...he is a personable, if tiny, mini. One of the great things about Metal Magic is the wonderfully expressive faces. Glad you like him!

I think I told you once before, over at Tom's, but your work still reminds me of the Dark Crystal and such. Also, it strongly reminds me of the "Droomvlucht" ride in Dutch theme park "de Efteling". You should look it up, maybe it'll inspire you! :)

Thanks, Daniel. The Brian Froud/Jim Henson collaborations are wonderfully inspiring. They have definitely influenced moi...thanks for the comparison.
I did a quick look at the Droomvlucht; it is INCREDIBLE I'll have to go back & have a longer look. Thanks for the lead. I really like the Fareie Garden:

...unfortunately the Wikipedia photos are small & blurry...c'est la vie, eh?!

The E.T. Adventure ride at Universal Studios in Orlando in the USA also reminds me of this thread (and not the other way around ;) ).

Thanks for the links, von Lucky! There's some FANTASTIC ideas to steal there. The Flower is something I NEED to try my hand at.

SO I have the Dark Hold Goblins underway:

The Leader of The Rat:

The Thinker:

The Fink:

& The Foil:

These are the Town Folk. AND they are tiny Little Guys.

The second half of the Foil & Fink Team is done other than the basing that is. I have yet to decide whether to base the two, separately, or together, AND, if together whether to do them on a gaming base or as part of the scenery:
Front:

Back:

The Foil takes the blame; the Fink makes sure he does...Fantasy reflecting Reality.

More little devils! The infestation grows...

Are they in cahoots with the first gang, or rivals?

Also, at some point you'll have to go back to goblin town now that you've got many of potential inhabitants painted up.  :D

Thanks for the reply, Fram. The way I imagine it, the latest batch of Goblins; i.e., the Dark Hold ones, are Rapunzel's minions & the residents of the Goblin Village (name forthcoming & forthcoming isn't the name). The Flash Dressers are making a nuisance of themselves elsewhere, probably at Heep's...they are potential rivals & definitely a different species.

Thanks, for the reply, pocoloco. I like the idea that I have THE ENTIRE RANGE of Hark Hold Goblins. Thankfully there aren't all that many minis to the range, although I wish there were...you just can't satisfy some Old Men.
