I wonder if a miniature like that could have it's place in your world...  lol

If it's silly, surrealistic, strange, or any combination of the three, it would work...serious or artsy need not apply.

SO, now with some of the inhabitants done, the Twisted Tower, & Village calling for some paint, AND a good idea how I want the Garden, it's time to get to it.
I started the Flowers last night;

...thus far today, I've finished the faces. I'll be puttering with the leaves & a couple of other things. Hopefully there will be more photos tonight.

Not exactly Earth shattering, but I got the leaves done on Flower 1 of 7 last night:

AND the Flowers waiting/lurking in the wings:

Today I should have # 1 finished & some work on the #2 & 3's leaves with the possibility of some paint hitting the buildings & board.

Not exactly Earth shattering

I disagree. Think about all the plants in the world and the earth they move when they grow.

Lovely stuff Deafnala.

That is true. Thanks for the thoughtful reply, von Lucky. I'm delighted you like the stuff. AND, since you do, here's the next installment.

Flower #1 of 7 is officially, more or less finished...more or less:

AND the first of the Village Hovel is underway; Scary Mary's very much W.I.P. Place:

...with Scary Mary Herself:

...does anyone besides moi see a resemblance to Hillary Clinton in The Girl?:

Why do I always feel as though part of my sanity has slipped away when viewing these pages...

Wilted flowers wild and wispy.
Once loved, now forlorn
Gone to ground and forgotten
Some passed and others lost,
Oh damn the wilted flowers
They that are lost in a world of paint and putty
Small and beyond reach
With pretty faces that reach
out to the heart
to tear it apart

or some such...

Thanks for the poetic reply, Golgotha. I never would have imagined my strange creations would inspire a poem.
Sorry to hear about the lose of sanity, but it is highly overrated...sanity that is.
