Inspirational mate! 8)

I seen this picture and immediately thought you had built a cresent moon and attached it to a roof top!

That might be a good idea? Build a cresent moon with a face in it, like the old GW Bad Moon symbol, and fix it onto one of the buildings at the edge of your board?

Btw love the door handles in this pic as well! :-*

Thanks for the kind reply, Andym.  The crescent moon effect is a cool accident. I've been shooting through the opening in my florescent lamp...it's where a magnifying lens used to be...& it reflected on the display case in back.

I did a Bad (crescent) Moon on the chapel of St. Lascivious' Graveyard:

...the Moon was a scrap piece of foam I had laying around.

What I meant mate is have a 3D one attached to the roof, paint it like it's lit up and glowing over the tiles, shining over your town.

Now THAT is a REALLY COOL idea, & not just as the Bad Mood, there are other possibilities. I could also see adding the steam pipes to the Moon/Head for a power version.
Thanks for the inspiring ideas, Andym. If they come to fruition, I'll give you credit.

Whoa, that certainly is an idea!

Lots of potential there.

It could even be a Statue-of-Liberty style thing, where it's a hollow metal skin over a truss framework (or fabric skin over a wood framework) and maybe spots at the eyes or mouths where there's a wrought-iron grille or grate to show it's hollow (maybe this is a bit ambitious!). Of course you already have an observatory...

Or some kind of living creature, chained to the roof so it doesn't float away? (the physical supports would be the chains... an old miniatures trick).

The Statue of Liberty wold work nicely with the Smuggler's Cove. As a roof top sign it could become The Swamp Thing...definite possibilities for a few places.

While I was figuring out the next two buildings for The Blight, I had nothing to keep my hands & eyes occupied, ERGO, I made some more Mushrooms. While working on the one seen on the far left, its cocktail stick armature snapped; the fix left the Little Guy with more animation than normal. It looked cool to moi; SO I tried it on the rest of the Guys...except the armless ones:

...you never outgrow your need for fungus...so to speak.

AND what I was thinking about while I making Mushrooms was the ruined upper stories of Building #6 (#7 will be the one with the currently pick top). Now I have a good idea what it will eventually look like. This is what is for sure:

...the third floor floor:

...the second floor & below:

...sweet dreams.

Ooh that's a real tempting offer! I'll have to make some shrooms myself so we could swap and crossbreed ;)

I think they may have hit new heights in whimsically creepy & maniacally merry...non medal categories.

Now that could be fun...something to keep in mind.

Thanks, for the kind reply, Pappa!
Tim Burton is a FINE source of inspiration; as such, any comparison to my stuff is quite a compliment.

I'm delighted you like my Mushrooms...they are the house specialty.
