For shame I haven't looked in upon this thread for so long. You have made some fabulous additions. Love the buildings and the new fungus  :-*

After much gnashing of teeth metaphoricaly & some expressions that the clergy don not know, I have Building #6 (The Hungry Eye) all done up in black & white. For ease of painting, I have the Beasty in pieces that fit well enough together that for the time being no gluing is required. SO it's photos time:
The interior of the upper floors:

...the stair well exterior:

...& interior:

...The Thing on the Ground Floor...insert B Horror Movie theme music here:

...the front door (this is going to be partially boarded up, but not enough to hide The Face:

...AND in its place in The Blight:

...there now, it wasn't that bad.

That's not an eye... (it's been a while since one of your photos has freaked me out, even for a second. Nice work.)

Thanks, von Lucky. I aim to freak...make that please. There are some nice bare wall sections that may get the freak out treatment.

The top of The Watch's Tower is now all primed & ready for paint & detailing:

...with a closeup for the door fanciers in the group:

...another door:

This is how it will fit in with the rest of The Blight Tenements:

...yet another door:

AND an overview of The Blight to date:

...four more small hovels to do, then it's on to the REALLY FUN STUFF! OH BABY!

The remaining buildings have been blocked out; i.e., I've done their basic shapes. This will give you an idea what the finished piece will look like...at least an image of just how crowded it is.

AND a couple of overhead shots:

...getting there is more than half the FUN!

I haven't had a really good look at this thread in a year or so (mea culpa...)—damn Alan, you're so prolific! And it's all such imaginative stuff too.

You must be running out of real-world house by now—are you secretly building all this so you can secede from the real world and move in to Smuggler's Cove? Heck of a retirement plan!

I'm glad you stopped by to checked out the stuff, tomoqui. Thanks for the reply!
I have been cooking along a a pretty decent pass for an Old Guy. It's seems that the more I do the more I want to do...that seems to be  the key.

Now that's looking like a proper slum.

Thanks, Fram; that is the look I was trying for.
I have some Froud/Henson/Burtonish denizens in mind for The Project.
