It's actually quite a good mini for mounting on whatever you want isn't it. I had it without the spider as well and was going to mount it on a hasslefree mawe.

He really is a splendid Little Guy with an abundance of character. I primed him up & had him all set for painting the day I got him from Zero Twentythree; he has been waiting for a mount for some time now.

Hut hut hut! :D

Thanks, Fram. glad you like it...whatever it may be.

I added some color last night:

...more later...I hope.

Love the updates, Amigo.
 :-* :-*

I think Blight Base should be known as Bright Base in future, your choice of colours being so rich.
 ;)

Thunder Chicken is gonna be great!

Thanks for the color reassurance, Paul...glad you like it.
I have high hopes for Thunder Chicken. I also have a cool base all painted up...it was going to be for a G.W. Free Lancer, but I have yet to get around to painting him.

With the exception of the harness strap, Thunder Chicken is pretty much done:

...tomorrow we vote...then the aforementioned strap plus some work on the Rider is in order.

the last building you presented reminds me vintage video games "maniac mansion" and "day of the tentacle" !

Thanks for the lead, sundayhero! I checked it out...I'm really inept at video/PC games. IT does remind me of my stuff also...a little more current, but similar.

SO I finished a pair of Pumpkin Heads for our own Comsquare. He has seen the photos & approved. That means I can show them to the rest of you, my Fellow Forumites.
The first &, by now familiar, Guy from the Patch with Rackham style checks:

...the Doppelmelon:

AND a Group Portrait:

...this is only the beginning...I thought it only right to warn you.

Great!
Comsquare is a lucky boy.
 :-* :-*

I am really sold on the way you paint those pumpkin heads.
I love the tonal variation, it looks spot on to me.

Thanks, Paul. Comsquare seems like a fine Fellow, well deserving of a couple of Pumpkin Heads.

I'm delighted you like the Pumpkin colors; I think, after all the practice, I finally have it down...for the most part.

I am, Paul  :D

Al has done an awesome job on them, both conversion- and painting-wise, I love them.
And I'm honoured to receive them.

Hopefully they will arrive intact shortly.

Thanks, sundayhero! It is a case of a Good Gourd gone Bad or some such melodramatic thing.
