I like how your homegrown pumpkin heads appear to be much more gnarled, perhaps even starting to decay. So much more sinister!

Thanks for the reply, Fram. I'm glad you like my take on the Jack O'Lanterns.
The gritty look wasn't really all intentional. I guess it is just my style. Some look more Reaper like than others.
I have one particularly sinister Fellow that will wind up as a long legged scythe wielding Grim Reaper type.
I'd NEVER join a club that would have me as a member.  G.Marx

The latest of the Von Kurst Gang is ready for priming...once the green stuff cures. This Fellow is a Grim Reaper...not everyone is happy in their work:

...seen here with Von Kurst for size comparison:

...AND the Gang thus far:

...more later...or not.

Thanks, pocoloco. I'm happy you like the addition.
While there are some winning smiles in the Gang, they couldn't be mistaken for Merry Melon Men.

Re: The Last Hurrah Project:Updated 01/06/17 Drow O'Lantern

Earlier this week I finished a Pumpkin Head for our Fellow Reaper Forumite, knarthex aka George. This was a special Drow style piece; re, George is a part time Drow.
Well...it got there safely today. SO here's what a Drow  O'Lantern looks like:

...AND a size comparison:

...there you have it.
For those into parts: the head is a Reaper Jack O'Lantern
The body is a G.W. (out of production) plastic Night Goblin
The arms are G.W. plastic Goblin, legs are G.W. Empire Militia
AND some green stuff on the hood.

I'm happy you like the Pumpkin Fellows. The Drow isn't all that photogenic, but you get the general idea even if some of the details are lost.
Thanks for the reply, von Lucky...it is appreciated!

That village will be awesome once finished. The villagers alone are something else 8)

Thanks, dinohunterpoa. I'm glad you like it/him/whatever.

Thanks, Tobias. I'm glad you like him...I have some reservations about the color scheme for the Kinky Elves.

I'm hoping to finish, as far as any terrain can be called finished, the Blight, do some detail work on the other boards, AND populate them all this year.
Keeping busy helps my Reality denial project as well.
