That banner!  :D

I joined my gun with pirate swords, and sailed the seas of cyberspace.

That banner!  :D

Banners are a favorite thing to do. I am glad you like it. Thanks for the reply, Fram.

For an added touch of silliness, I added a face to the Goblin Hero's shield:

Lovely sculpted face that adds a sense of whimsy. Thanks for sharing. I love the best of burden goblin's expression as well!

Thanks for the kind reply, Gallahad. I am happy you like the faces. Not much got done the last couple of days, but I have high hope for the rest of the week.

A few more Goblin Lads got finished yesterday. Here are some truly mediocre photos to give you an idea what they look like...kind of:

The Gang thus far:

I will take some better photos later...maybe.

AND, belatedly, here is a better look at the Face on the Shield..."closer" might be a better word than "better":

There you go!

The gang starts taking shape! And I mostly like their face expressions! And your red palette!
The face on the shield, of course, is of sterling value, one who sees, is sure that it's your work!

The merry, somewhat insane expressions of the old G.W. Goblins is the thing that I love about them. I am happy you like their expressions also.
My own faces have become a trademark of sorts. Thanks for the reply, Dinos.

Gander O'Peek  :D

...ANDhis company/gang: Peek's Pikes.
I got the idea for my Goblin names from something Gav Thorpe wrote about G.W's then new Beastmen. He said he thought of the Beastmen as ancient Germans & Orcs were Scots.
WELL...if the Orcs are Scots, then Goblins must be Irish. I try to make their names sound disreputable as well as Gaelic.

I got a package from Glitterwolf (Reaper Forum). One of the things he sent grabbed my attention & got a start. It is a SteamPunk Snail:

...with an added smokestack...I did mention not being able to leave well enough alone:

It seems like just the thing for my strange little world.

I like the pike guys! Their expression is really in the middle of being merry and trying to frighten their foes...
And I also like the banner, depicting night with the motto "Carpe Diem", I think that you created deliberately this contradiction, besides I know that it is one of your favorite mottos!
The SteamPunk Snail is a diversion, indeed! Very interesting concept to sculpt and its smokestack seems rather than a snail-mounted observatory to me  :)
It will blend nicely with the mushrooms, for sure!

Amazing as always Al.
Do all these characters get to hang around your house once done or are they confined to drawers and cupboards awaiting the gathering?
