Great Googaly Moogaly!

....well put, Fram. You do have a flair for description. Thanks for the reply.

They say that fungi have an extraterrestrial origin, but now I believe it more and more!
An entirely new species, really! Awesome!  :o Eager to see them painted! Cheers!

The Mushrooms, especially these four, do have an Alien appearance...insert spooky B SciFi movie music here...they came from the Planet Mongo!
Thanks for the reply, Dinos. I am looking forward to the painting as well.

When I first read the title I thought it was spicy mushrooms.  These will be a good addition.

Thanks, snitcythedog! Spicy would work also. I am glad you like them.
AND here is the State of The Mushroom Box with the new additions:

I had these Fellows assembled & ready for paint nine years ago...the beast of burden is more recent.
Now they are finally finished:

Scenes from The Spooky Woods are sure to follow...eventually.

It is a relief to see loved figures pending for long time to be finished!
Awesome face expressions, sculpts made with lot of imagination, a wonderful vignette!
Cheers!

There is a certain feeling of release/relief in finally finishing a log time in-the-works piece. It makes procrastination worthwhile.
I am happy you like the results, Dinos. Thanks for the reply.
I am getting ready to take the artsy pics. You will get advanced notice when I do.

While my burst of energy lasts, I took photos of The Singing Ogre Trio wandering the Twisted Forest:

AND The Year of the Goblin thus far:

I do hope your retinas recover.

The first of Reaper's 03462 Goblin Warriors wrapped up earlier today. He is a teeny Fellow & nose deficient , but I think he will work well as some Witch's flunky:

...seen here with the rest of the Pack:

The Lads have potential...for what is another question.

It's the year of the Goblin, so eager to see your Reapers coming out!
As it concerns your photo staged pictures, no need to repeat myself, everything photographed in your Woods is FANTASTIC!
I like especially the group photos, a kaleidoscope of colors and a group of so weird creatures, GREAT!
The Mushroom Troll, the Beasty, The Shaman, all the band, they are lovely!
Your Year of the Goblin, I have the feeling, will be proved very fruitful! Cheers!

Thank you for the kind reply, Dinos. I am delighted you like the stuff.
I also am a fan of group photos. It's one of the reasons I love your 18th Century Battle Reports.
I am trying to turn as many unpainted miniatures as possible into finished piece. All in all not a bad start.
I have a few different Goblin types by Reaper & some by other companies that will, hopefully, get attention.

Three of four are now wrapped up:

AND I based up a Dark Sword DiTerlizzi Witch to keep the Lads in line:

I will be adding the DiTerlizzi Goblins & Kobolds to the mix soon.

Woo hooo! Goblins everywhere!
They look as if they chase a dentist who never appeared in their appointment  :D
They are warlike and ready to make a fuss!
The Witch is coming out nice, I think she'll make a remarkable vignette!
Cheers!

Thanks for the kind reply, Dinos. I have hopes of putting a good sized dent in my backlog of minis this year.
The Goblins are fine examples of the benefits of flossing.

The last of the Reaper 03462 Goblins wrapped up yesterday evening:

They look their best as a group...I think:

Now on to other things!
