Thanks for the positive/motivating feedback, Guys!

This project is quite simply EPIC! I really love the bonkers creativity that goes into each piece and the bright colours that you use everywhere which make the whole thing look like we're looking at a cartoon world.  :-*

This January sometime will mark 50 years of Miniature Madness for moi; AND, with the Mushrooms & Goblins & all, I've finally found my little niche in the greater Gaming/Modeling picture...I never was too swift on the uptake. SO I figure I'll devote the next 50 years to this project.

Soo... Any plan to decorate the christmas tree with those mushrooms this year ? :D

Probably...if my plan to sleep through the entire month, thus bypassing the Holidays, fails.
I'd NEVER join a club that would have me as a member.  G.Marx

The latest step in Mushroom Evolution brought to mind brought to mind an image of Grant Wood's American Gothic...my deepest apologies to Mr. Wood. For those unfamiliar with the paintiing:

How the Lads(?) will be based is still undecided, but in the meanwhile your kind commentary is once more solicited.

Your an absolute loon DeafNala. Cracking work!

You have a really unique immagination and style of painting that I love. Keep it comming please.

I especially like the paint job on the ?good doctor.
"The sword sung on the barren heath,
The sickle in the fruitful field;
The sword he sung a song of death,
But could not make the sickle yield."

Ooh a fine art twist in the tale!

Very nice - what's next -

Munch's Scream? Botticelli's Venus?

Thanks for the kind comments & the astute observation on my  sanity or lack thereof...trust me being a Crazy Old Man is a lot more fun than merely being an Old Man.

Ooh a fine art twist in the tale!

Munch's Scream? Botticelli's Venus?

Well...may be Salvador Dali; I love his The Persistence of Memory:

I'll bet I could do something with that that would send art critics screaming into the night.
