Actually I'm getting a bit worried about you - I think the spores all those things give off may be affecting you...

They're rapidly growing into an army - none of us are safe!  :o

Could be an idea for a new faction though - fungi mind slaves...  o_o

I've just bumped mine up on the painting queue.
"The sword sung on the barren heath,
The sickle in the fruitful field;
The sword he sung a song of death,
But could not make the sickle yield."

Thanks again, Guys!
That photo got a hearty laugh from moi. This may, however, be the start of the Mushroom Apocalypse; the Beasties are in Italy, Germany, the U.S.of A, & some have even been spotted trying to chat up Folks in London.

That aside, I'm looking forward to seeing your versions of the Lads, smoke...& Paul's of course....maybe Thantsants would like give them a whirl or not.
I'd NEVER join a club that would have me as a member.  G.Marx

Suber said it best, their eyes follow you when you move!  lol  Honestly, though the scuplting is amazing, it is the incredibly vibrant colour palette that I love.

Cheers,

Thanks for the replies, Guys! They may be the high point of my day!

About the vivid colors, Damien, I'm not sure if it's a result all the historical stuff I did in my teens & twenties or an addiction to cartoons...they're similar enough that the choice is difficult, but regardless, they are my thing. Fantasy, in my opinion, should be at least as colorful as their "real" life counterparts.

Great tunes as ever Blackwolf  8)

Deafnala - I did try out a few 80's Citadel style toadstools on the base of my entry to the latest Golden Gobbo painting competition we're running over on the BLOOD forum - do they count?  :D

OH YEAH! The little plastic ones that used to be part of the Night Goblin box were a major influence on my own Mushroom making. Your Big Guy looks TERRIFIC & the mushrooms add to the effect...take the reds, Man.

Is this one of the plastic Citadel Fighting fantasy range?

I don't recognize the Big Guy. You might P.M. Thantsants if you need to know the mini maker.
