Thanks so much for all the kind replies, Guys & Gals! I was rather low on motivation & you've snapped me out of my funk.

Perhaps your little mushrooms could have a big clock in town to mark dinner time, pillaging time and party time, or DPP as they like to call it? ;) you could buy a cheap pocket watch movement from the evil e bay.

Cheers matt

I like that idea, matt. A Clock Face on O'Leery's Tower would look TERRIFICALLY STRANGE; I could add some gears & things around the place to give a general steampunky, clockwork look...my friend's mantel clock has possibilities.

And it looks like you've got my cousin Michael in here  :-*

I hope you mean Compo Heep the Dwarf; looking like one of the Mushrooms is a tragic fate.

Glad to see a full shot of this, after all those teaser pics showing the mushrooms and minimal scenery ;D

Good point, Princess. I'll make it a point to do more long shots to put everything in (a surrealistic) perspective.

Looking forward to it! We are missing out on seeing some great scenery! :)

Thanks, Thantsants!
I've got Heep's Place just about done. Only the detailing; i.e., signs & stuff remain to be done. Once I recover from the protective finish fumes, I'll take some photos...OH WOW; THE COLORS!

Nice, I like that cave. Those last pictures are the best though, that forest is amazing!  :o

The next board will lead from this one through The Spooky Woods; hopefully you'll enjoy that one also.

Absolutely stunning, mate.
Just sublime!

As for that grass: I have seen ornamental gardens with a less lush lawn.
LOVERLEY!

Thanks MUCHO, Paul...glad you like it!

The greenery might be a bit much, but I figure there's lots of soil enrichment going on here...mostly I have a tendency to get carried away with things.

Yes, the name is rather long-winded, isn't it? He's a funny chap, and your paint job really brings out his character!

Thanks for the link ... might get me one of those! :)
