Those wyrd imps are looking particularly spunky! ;)

Haven't been on LAF much in a while, and it's good to come back to some more DeafNala quirkiness! Can't wait to see what's next ...

Thanks, Princess...I'm delighted you liked them. AND, WELCOME BACK!
I've had a few down days of late myself. As I start to snap back, I'll see what I can come up with to maintain your interest in The Project.

As the sun slowly set...which was it's habit, two small Groups of Travelers could be seen watching The Road to Heep's Place.

A Warrior of Darkness & his Shamanistic Flunky are the first to emerge:

The Dusk brings a Band of Amazons...actually their legs & a strenuous march brought them; it just coincided with the Dusk, but Dusk is always claiming it causes things:

While the Four A Goblin was done sometime ago, the Barbarian Babes (Bronze Age) & Orc (Rackham) were done over the last ten days, inspired by the Lady A Day Thread posted by the Oh-So-Creative Jevenkah & Teshub. The Big Guy took three days & the Ladies a week.

As always your kind comments are welcome...for the most part.

Whatta pair! Lovely studded armour on the big fellow! And for some reason I never get tired of seeing your freehand writing.

Thanks for the positive feedback, Guys!

Blending and shading is excellent. Keep it up.

I've been doing more blending of late; I'm delighted you noticed

I love the Shaman's honking big red nose. Well done!

It has been rumored that the Shaman (name is T.B.D.) has a taste for The Sauce.

Whatta pair! Lovely studded armour on the big fellow! And for some reason I never get tired of seeing your freehand writing.

Thanks, Fram. I think the posters, signs, et al add something to the scene. The "cogito ergo sum" with the Goblins is a countermeasure to the normal perception of Goblin intellect.

I think the shading on the Warrior is awesome! Great coloring for an orc, too. It's neat to see Greenskins brown. I have a thing for brown...

And the heads on the goblin's standard are a nice touch!

It's lovely to be so inspirational! *blushing* This is a fantastic vignette to enjoy after 10 days of work! Thanks for sharing.

Yep, that's very nice once again. I especially like the amazons (who doesn't?  lol) and the little fellow with the banner is really nicely painted too. And the warrior of darkness is great too, of course.

The little guy with the banner is gruesomely sweet looking. The colours-just my kind of thing. And the Amazons are bold looking Babes. So nice to see you adding some new figures to your world :D :D

Love the Orc and Gobbo, amigo.
I much prefer the non-greenskin look.
You certainly went to town on them and it has paid off.

I cannot see the Babes, but I assume they will be just as finely brushed, they just seem a little shy, hiding in the dark like that....
