Oh, neat recipe! I thought you'd picked up some purpose-made railway model coal or something!

Thanks MUCHO for all the kind replies. I am grateful for your support.

As usual, right after I finished the coal, Captain John informed me he had some model railroad coal...I like mine better.

Again sir Very GOOOd!!! :-* :o

Thanks for the reply, DowVooVoo. I'm glad you are enjoying the project!

Thanks, Matt! To give credit where it's due, I got the idea for the flat top mushrooms from Fantacide's Gore Caps. AND I agree with you that there is something really creepy about them.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but it's all computer generated... It does look awesome though. I wonder where they got the inspiration from?  Perhaps you could borrow an idea from it?

Cheers
Matt.

Don't worry about "bubble bursting"; it doesn't have to be real. In fact it gains a certain plus with moi for being a thing of imagination...I'm into Fantasy.

Or do I have to visit you next time I'm coming in Texas ? :D

Thanks for all the kind words, Treebeard!
I've finished another tenement & I'm down to the final painting on the very last building...this one may expand on your "so weird" thoughts. Once done, I'll put up more photos. Of course, if you're in Texas, I'd be delighted to show you all the stuff first hand.

As you may have guessed, I finished the last two shacks...actually it's the last six shacks, but who'e counting. I doing the photo thing in reverse; i.e., first I'll show you some closeups & later today or, more likely, early tomorrow I'll post some overviews.

SO until tomorrow, your comments will be most welcome...actually, they'll also be welcome after tomorrow.

Blimey DeafNala, that's unsettling!!!!! *cold chill*

A fantastic build. Even better than I imagined. All the freaks in Windows are full of character. I do like the spyglass, and the slime oozing out the boarded up window! :)

Cheers
