Ahhhhhh - awesome. I guess it's just that angle and light that made me doubt you., but only for a few hours! ;)

If you hadn't mentioned it, I probably wouldn't have taken the apple core photo; AND it's proving to be a pretty popular pic...especially with Ben, the Guy who made the original apple cores & the mold. SO thanks for pointing out the squashed look in the Crypt photo.

SO as threatened, here are a couple TRULY MEDIOCRE photos of the ever suave & debonaire Seedy Jon Apfel:

That should give you a rough idea what Himself looks like...sort of.
Comments & critique are most welcome...for the most part.

You got the accent down PERFECTLY! VERY WELL DONE!

Thanks, Jevenkah! I'll pass the word along to floedebolle. The apple cores are proving to be a universal favorite wherever I post the pics.

God, don't get into a dark alley with that man!

That probably is a wise move...of course dark alleys don't tend to be favorite hangouts with most Folk. Seedy Jon does look dangerous...it's good when a plan comes together.

Wow, that's looking great! The sarcophagus looks awesome, especially with the trap door inside!

LOL, I, too, wondered what was with the red blob inside - thanks Gun bunny for bringing that up and solving the mystery! The apple cores are definitely very cool ;)

Thanks, Princess. There is something appealing about trap doors...a touch of mystery perhaps.
The apple  cores are proving popular. I'm casting up a few for a Fellow over on Wamp. AND as a kill signature they should be fun to leave strewn about the boards.

Today's Progress Report: another HUGE Tree similar to the Tree of Wohoo on the Shanty Town Board has sprung up in the Graveyard near the crumbling retaining wall.

They certainly are! What an interesting thought ... Never would have thought apple cores would be used in such a fashion, but this scenario certainly calls for them, doesn't it? ;)

Deafnala, been following this thread for ages but havn't commented on it but could resist no longer. I think this is one of my favourite threads on LAF as it is just so inventive, so nicely done and (importantly to me anyway) utterly utterly crazy!! Can't wait to see where you take this next!

Thanks, Cholly! I'm glad you are enjoying The Project.

This is a quick peak at The Graveyard Tree & what may be the next board. Once more the photos leave a lot to be desired, but the general idea is conveyed fairly well. Future posting will be in more detail if not in greater photographic elegance. SO...

The Tree:

With Seedy Jon for size comparison:

AND Seedy Jon...you don't argue with The Man & his knife:

I decided to rework the pieces from the Maudeheim Board onto smaller boards (ones that could fit through the door). I'm experimenting with a Smuggler's Cove, one with that Mordheim feel:

Your comments & critiques would be appreciated...especially your thoughts on the new board.
