Oh DeafNala, they are some particularly personality filled shrooms! Some of them look a little feisty to say the least.

I like the eye in the floor and the tentacles. :D

If they weren't stuck in place, I'd be a little worried! Thankfully 'running away' will work as a tactic.

In game do these beggars attack minis? Do they use a spore attack to cause concussion and invade the host - turning them into a shroom a few turns later?

Cheers
Matt.

Thanks, Matt. I hadn't thought about them in game terms, but they do represent the possibility of a random attack. One never knows when one of those Mushrooms will go rogue. A little paranoia goes a long way...of course, just having a six foot Mushroom trying to chat you up can be unnerving.

'Shrooms with attitude; totally cool.

It's difficult to pick one, but I think my favourite must be the one with the wall and the eye at ground level.

Please keep up the awe-inspiring work!

Thanks for the reply, Fram. Michael aka SerialMoM asked for a mix of different Mushroom type; SO I did a smorgasbord of sorts...the who eats whom part is in question.

Thanks, Lord B...glad you like them. For a few years I did D&D/AD&D caricatures/cartoons; the eye in the rat's hole was a standard feature. This one was the only one I wasn't sure that SerialMoM would like...he loved it, which was a relief.

I'll post photos of the finished pieces soon...I hope.

Lovely new additions, cool as always  :-*

I'm still rooting for the 'Shroom Underground, mostly in Black n White but with maybe the 'Shroom characters in colours, just like in the previous pics that you posted :)

The full color Mushrooms were done awhile ago & added to the newer black & while bases, but now that you mentioned it, they would look good with a monochromatic background. That is something I really should try.

SO...here's MoM's Mushroom Group #2 aka The Lavender Hill Mob done:

...there you go. For the curious, the photos were taken outside Compo Heep's Bat Poop Farm & Mushroom Distillery/Tavern:

Lovely additions. I have an image of bats hooked up to teat cups in a little bat milking shed...
