Oh ho ho ho ho hoooo!

Thanks, Fram. I couldn't have put it better myself.
This, by the way, is from whence the idea sprung:

AND as threatened, MORE photos...what would a Goblin Tree House be without a couple of Mushrooms?

...next time things should start getting colorful...or not.

The Fungi Fellows do have a rather poor reputation AND deservedly so. They are, however, a lot of fun to make.

For some reason or other, I now have a need to do a Mushroom in a mortar board, robes, & wearing pincenez.

I think I may have an idea for the pince-nez. It should be worth a try. The Scholarly Mushroom would look good outside the gates to the Unseen University...if you could see it.

Thanks for the kind reply, Duncan! I have a couple I ideas for a Forest Village with a scattering of those entrances above ground. One idea spawns another....sounds insidious.

Everything you do looks like it belongs in a movie I want to watch.  I even like the name "Pingo Tree", its so magickal.

Thanks, Mars. If I can start getting better photos, doing a photo story/cartoon might be an idea.

Speaking of color/painting: while your waiting for some color on the Goblin Village & the Pingo Tree, I finished a couple of Reaper minis that should fit with The Urban Blight Board & The Spooky Woods...kind of Town & Country:

Town:

AND Country:

...sans the countryy:

The photos are EVEN MORE mediocre than normal, but you can get an idea what the Guys look like...sort of.
I'm curious to see if anyone can identify the birds.
