Thanks! Yes, cutting the corners with Quickshade to get the painting done will only do so much. You're absolutely right these miniatures are in need of some basing too. Not sure how I will prioritize this at the moment though.

As the saying goes: It's in the pipe, but it's a long pipe... :D

Just starting to work through my Dust figs. Here's the first one, a Mickey with Oddball (Artizan figure, Kelly's Heroes) as the TC:

@SBMiniaturesGuy: Nice job!
Cool with the extra bits added to the mech, and nice basing.
Keep them pics coming!

Personally,
IMHO,
Not to disagree with my friend wolfman there,

I think the texture's just fine.

Great work, I really like the mechs.  They're great designs and you did them justice!

Tell me you're going to add the bullhorn/sound system to that "tank" :)  It's been done a million times before, but it's still fun!

LOL! I tried kitbashing one and it looked like carp -- I may do another one and see how it looks.

Odd, are you fishing for a compliment?  lol

Has anyone put the vehicles next to Incursion items for comparison?

Doug

Edit: ;->= Sorry, Dale(?), it was a pun, 'fishing for a compliment' - 'looked like carp'

Nah, that refers to the speakers for the DUST mech, not the mech model itself. I tried making the speakers out of plastic-card and 2-part epoxy and they looked lousy.

These are excellent. Well done! I'd really like to see a few photos of a full game in progress if you have some.

So nice, love your terrain mate! Would love to see pictures of a hole table with minis and decors.

Keep them coming!
