Stargate squad battles

Just looking for a nice simple system to run my GF through some Stargate adventures. I've found some of the original RPG books (only go to earlier seasons of SG1 and more complex than I think I could interest her in). I found some homebrew stuff for Savage Worlds that take things up to some of Atlantis, Savage Worlds seems to be for individual characters as opposed to a single player running a small squad (unless I'm missing something).

Are there any others that can get a small 4-6 man squad up and running quickly? I have a card stock gate, a handfull of miniatures and some tri fold standies.

FUBAR is your friend. Check out the one-page 3.0 ruleset (one page!) along with the Stargate SG-1 supplement. That is all you need to get just the type of game you describe up and running. Don't let the simplicity fool you-the rules are very rich and gives a good game

Showdown might work. Looked at Fubar, and I would be more inclined to go with the Future Sci Fi one instead. The otherone is not quite what I'm looking for. I want P90s and such.
