I make the wooden floor for this lot out of regular 2mm balsa. I use my knife to actually cut the 2mm into 1mm thick slices and make the floor uneven to give a more interesting look.

I love the painting - it completely transforms this mini.

(But "Now is the winter of our discontent" is Act 1, Scene 1, you know!)

Love that coat! The way it contrasts with the vest is very effective.

But, his face makes him looks like a mime - so how does he manage as an announcer?  lol

@Steve F, yeah - honestly didn't think about that. I'm just putting Shakespeare quotes on all of these guys so the Richard III quote just happened to end up on this particular model  :)

@Colonel Tubby, wanted something different and since I've never done "face paint" on a model like this before I wanted to try it out. Though I think it is more teater makeup/18th centure makeup than a mime style  :D Would be funny though  lol
