I played a very early trial version of this at a con last year. At that ime they were toying with the name Black Shield. Haven't played Black Powder but from what I know this is similar but without black powder weapons. Really enjoyed the game, Romans v Gauls. Looking forward to this now. Bought a load of Romans and Ancient Britons from them in expectation. :-*

Yes, I remember it with some affection ~ though rather more than when I actually had to do it. Been pleasant today sitting in GHQ, with sun streaming in over my shoulder, painting Indian Mutiny figures. Beats 5Z any day!
