Foundry Boer war figures

I have been looking at Foundrys Boer war range and was wondering how well they would mix size wise with their askari and sikhs in their DA range. The reason I ask is I all ready have North Star figures and they are a good match with the askaris and sikhs. L live in OZ so i have no way of compairing.

I painted up a whole bunch of Sikhs and Boers to use in VSF a while back and they seemed to go very well together.

I use them with the newer Foundry DA figures and also the Perry Sudan and Copplestone DA ranges. There are slight variations in height and build, but certainly not enough to make them incompatible as far as I'm concerned.

The Foundry Boer War figures are an exact match for their NWF and I put the others in so you can look at their ranges for anything that might suit your project. Sorry the ruler hasn't come out very well, but if you squint you can just make it out.

Must finish painting those Sudanese

Thanks for posting the photo thats puts my mind at rest over the size issue. I think they will go well . The project Im working to wards  is to build a Rohdesian field force . These will complement my B.S.A.C. troops who will be facing off against matabele and boers. By the way the sudanese looks great.  Im currently painting some Italian askari from castaway arts.
