Pictures from our gameday down at the club 26/2/11
« on: February 28, 2011, 12:04:28 PM »
We had a gameday/club meeting this Saturday - was talk about the various conventions in Sweden this year and it looks as if we will visit GothCon to run Secrets of the Third Reich demo's. I also took some pictures of the games played and of various interesting stuff such as the new "Feldherr" transport cases, Plastic Soldier Company 15 and 28mm models, comparison pictures between Forged in Battle and TrueNorth 15mm Polish infantry and other things. Check the blog for more info and pictures.

thanks for your pics, they are really useful!

i really don't like the 28mm of plasticsoldiercompany: they look exactely as detailed as the 15mm: usually a company makes the 28mm BEFORE the 15, so the high detail of the 28 are transposed to the 15... there i see the opposite :)

I agree about PSC, even though I already have a Soviet Navy platoon in 28mm I was interested to check out the 28mm PSC stuff. I even got one "sheet" / 19 miniatures from a friend at the club as a gift - will see if they get painted anytime soon. The detail quality was not impressive though, but I highly recommend the 15mm stuff. The 15mm looks really good.  The downside is that you have to assemble arms and heads - and watching Widgren doing that this weekend made it look like a very time consuming chore.
