OMG, that was an intense ride with a full story line.  Impressive what is possible to do with todays computers.

Thanks for sharing, really like it :-*

I'm looking forward to watch the movie, I think there will be a lot of inspiration in it.

Stay focused, Tobias, stay focused, don't start a WWW1 project...... lol

Great stuff.

I especially echo ushistoryprof's statement about it having a story. For a 2 minute short to actually have a story rather than just being an art project is often rare and it made it even better.

That is BRILLIANT in a deeply disturbing sort of way. The visual impact that it achieves in just under three minutes is incredible. Thanks for the post.

Very nice.
Thanks for posting it.

My wife and I saw the movie last night.
There are 4 very brief scenes of intense brilliance, one of which is the WWW1.
The 4 are dream sequences that last at most 15-20 minutes total out of a 110 minute movie.
The dream scenes are mind blowingly cool and super inspirational for gaming.
The rest of the movie is hugely disappointing and downright depressing.

I was hoping the action:asylum ratio would be 50:50.  :(

I'm with you. I was hoping for a fun visually awesome movie and hoped the asylum was going to be a short bit at the beginning of the movie that tells you who the bad guys are so that you appreciate it fully when they get theirs at the end of the movie. No such luck.

What the dream sequences reminded me of was music videos stuck into a movie. I'm sure someone will quickly edit them together without the rest of the lousy movie and then we'll have something worth watching.

I'm hoping for a good 'art of' book, but the thing is $99, so I guess I'll never know.

Maybe the DVD will have some good extra's, but I'll wait until it's in the $5 bin.

Agreed with most people's assessment. The dream sequences were right out of my 8th grade notebook cover drawings. All the weird retarded rape fantasies were a bit much. The "I'm going to escape reality of my insane assylum prison by fantasizing I'm in a whore house" was strange.
