I haven't checked for LPL5, but I know in previous LPLs, anything within 5 votes counted as a tie - and this match looks to be tighter than that!

At time of writing the score is 166/165 to the Angels. Have we ever had a draw? I don't remember ever seeing one.

Draws were more common in the earlier LPLs when there was a much smaller base of voters. Now with 350 - 400 people voting on each match, it's quite rare for there to be as few as 5 votes separating two competitors.
