Ant G.A.S.L.I.G.H.T. mod for 20-man units?

I own Gaslight and Battles by Gaslight and these systems use 10-man unit. But is there are any mod for 20man units?

You could make 2 units and move them as one?

Not at all; the issues of distributing the casualties will also require a bit of a kludge, if you go with the first rule set.

Our group has never found it a particular issue, but that's mostly because, if my eyes glaze over in confusion, Sir Randall is there with a quick decision.  lol

Simple hit scatter system I use with a variety of rules, say a 20 man unit, roll one D20 per hit scored, count thru the unit to that number figure, count it against it. Then again we also play that if you roll, say 6 hits, roll 6 dice and if you roll the same number, that figure is hit with both shots. This chance of one figure getting hit with multiple shots, over killing it, is rare but also realistic to a degree. Banner bearers, buglers, officers all tend to stand out and I think get aimed at a bit more. Just some thoughts over coffee.

Not at all a stupid post, I was being ignorant.

I would use the idea that Alfrik talks about, but failing that, then 2 units and disperse hits over them both, I don't know.

We use 10-man units, but there's no reason you couldn't use 20-man units.  You'd have to modify very little.  In the rules, we wanted to avoid lots of different kinds of dice, because in talking to gamers, we found that many don't like having to hunt around the table for the right one.  Most things are done with a d20, according to the rules.  To determine randomly which figures are hit, you roll a d20 and divide by 2 (getting a number from 1 - 10).  If you have 20-figure units, you don't have to divide.  (By the way, gamers also told us they don't like to multiply or divide, but you can't have everything.  ;)).

The only thing that's put me off using 20-man units is the larger space needed and cost of figures. 20-man units such as in TSATF do look great though.
