This looks like it could be very interesting. I'm not sure about the painted minis but the overall look intrigues me.
Weird War stuff isn't my usual bag, but this has got my attention.
Interesting to see how it goes.

Tannhäuser actually is about WW1, which didn´t end in 1918, but continues right until 1949... that doesn´t distract from the excellent miniatures, however. Too bad they´re only part of the boxed game. And it´s an interesting change of premise, although I have to say that the stylistics seen so far don´t look really WW1 to me...

Reading their website, it seems it really is WW2 stuff with a change in the background to avoid Hitler and the nazi party, and svastikas and so on... The "bad guy" seems to be the kaiser, a new kaiser
