Awesome!  ;D

Where does the heads comes from?

Thanks :-). Only the third and the fourth figures have had head swaps, taken from Foundry's Franco-Prussian War French Sailors (sculpted by the Perrys long time ago, i.e. nice but gnomish, hence the head swap). The others have their original heads, accommodated with green stuff. The head of the African sailor was made with a little filing and green stuff put on the original Copplestone's head.

Thanks, I knew I have seen those sideburns somewhere before  ;) The African head is very well done. Good work!

Great conversions and paintjobs, and excellent bases.  Is that a steam contraption I see in the background?

:-). Yes, HLBS/Brigade Steam Launch hidden in the background.
