Crooked Dice: Scientists - NOW IN STORE
« on: April 19, 2011, 06:57:05 PM »
Our May release are three scientists for use in your laboratories and hidden research facilities.

A female doctor, elderly prof and rugged male with gizmo have been sculpted by Mark Evans. All are supplied with the head on the tab to allow you to mix and match with the other Crooked Dice compatible heads.

These 28mm eggheads will be available individually and as a Boffin Bonanza Deal for all three. The heads will also be available on a separate sprue as they hopefully have 1999 different uses!

Pricing and release dates to follow, but these are currently with Griffin, so we are expecting masters in the next week.

Dig those sideys on Dr Zoogang!  Finding uses for the other two may be an Impossible Mission.

I'm starting to think you should set up a subscription service, what with every release being desireable... Keep up the good work and keep taking my money!

Lovely stuff! As usual with your figures in this range, they have so many potential uses.

Surprised there isn't one in glasses! Surely one of the great cliches in this genre lol

The separate heads pack is a great idea too, it makes conversons so much easier. I wish more companies had the initiative to do this.

It was sort of born out of necessity as we couldn't really afford to do three separate sculpts\cast, but we've found it does give a nice flexibility to the range.

It presents a couple of minor problems and not everyone likes it, but it kind of works for us. We've a few more heads sprues planned over the next few months too, so they'll be even more to choose from.

And thanks to everyone else for all the kind comments. Mark is putting out some great work at the mo. He's doing lovely stuff for Fenris too.

Crooked Dice: Scientists and Tokens now shipping

Push back the boundaries of knowledge for good or evil with our 3 new scientist miniatures sculpted by Mark Evans and painted by Mark Dixon. They're £3 each or get the boffin bonanza deal for £8. The heads are also available for £1.50 with we suspect 1999 different uses.

Our much delayed tokens are also arriving in Store (in limited quantities at a time) so all orders awaiting them are getting shipped out as fast as we can.
