I have also been distracted by 7tv - The Prisoner
« on: April 26, 2011, 10:49:58 PM »
Having behaved myself impeccably at SALUTE, and sticking to my Back of Beyond shopping list on my return within a couple of days the things I saw at the Crooked Dice stand had worked their way insidiously into my mind.
So a few purchases later, including the beautifully produced rulebook (looks just look the old 70's Cult tv annuals). I have painted my first Star, No.6 the Prisoner, and a capture bubble (Rover), I hope you like.

Rather worryingly I was thinking of The Prisoner too... Crooked Dice have hooked a fair few of us it seems...  ;)

Nice looking mini.
The ball is ok too...
Yearly painting challenges only show me how useless I am at painting...

Fantatic! the Prisoner is my favorite T.V. show of all time.  So Kafka.

Nice work! :o

Love the Rover too.

The Village would make a superb tabletop layout. Hmm, now you've got me thinking…

Very cool.  :)

You can buy die-cast Mini-Mokes on eBay in the right scale, and I'm pretty sure that Artizan does a great mini in its Thrilling Tales that would make a superb Number Two (guy with an umbrella I think – needs a head-swap and a green stuff scarf. Perfect!)
