Rather late to the party, but a local campaign (for local people) is looking likely to start soon.
Time to paint some of the miniatures I bought at Warfare in 2009. 

All Musketeer Miniatures, mostly IWI IRA with a few others:






More miniatures and (hopefully) a few buildings to come, free time permitting.

Nice work! Glad to hear you're local too... to be honest I can't believe anyone hasn't done the war as experienced in Royston Vasey yet, it's just crying out for a pastiche set in the 1930s. Particularly as Edward Tubbs was 'in a war... and Spain!'.

They are very very lovely. It's threads like this that keep tempting me back to VBCW whenever I think, no, be sensible, you collect far too many things already... then I see some gorgeously-painted militia and think, go on, you know you want to... and it's true I do.
