The big one is Thunderbird 2, available quite a few years ago, turns up in car boot sales quite often, the smaller ship next to it, is a Star Wars clone trooper gun ship, can get them from toy stores, and the one at the back is a Terminator Salvation HK, Toy's R Us was selling them off cheap about two years ago, good luck finding one now.

...the CMG stuff that is pictured, is pretty damned awesome too!

I'm not set on the Battle Los-Angels stand-ins I'm not so set on.  They don't have the 'spindly' appearance of the film aliens...they are a bit too bulky (in my opinion).
