I have noticed that there is a lot of return entries.  I thought the whole idea was to submit new entries at every round. Maybe I'm missing something.

Yups, bought them once for erm, no idea actually, so they just are lying around.

What material have you use for martian ground on this photo?

That`s a piece of architect karton (that stuff consisting of two small layers of cardboard with foam in between), covered in PVA and then sand over it.

Painted with some reddish brown acryll paints I found in the termination sale of a kids store at 5 eurocents a tube.
