Caged Fairy
« on: April 26, 2011, 07:36:35 PM »

Poor Tinkerbell, she really shouldnt have upset the Orc's, cos them fairys, they makes good eatings.

Caged Fairy, from Black Scorpion's Fairy Catcher Orc/Demon creature. Couldnt be bothered to build the catcher, but go tthe urge to paint his captive.

She really looks like an evil faerie from the netherworlds. Thank God, otherwise my heart would brake...  ;)

VERY NICELY DONE! The Faerie Folk may be cute, but they're capricious to the point of being a malevolent force of nature...at least according to Celtic Folk Lore.
I had picked up the Fairy Catcher a few years ago. Thus far its been assembled, based, primed,& stared at...the bleeding thingy is SO cluttered/detailed as to be absolutely intimidating. I dug it out hoping your good example will give me the courage to tackle the Beasty. Thanks...I think.

Does it say something about your psyche that you went straight for the caged fairy? :P

Excellent paint job, you should do a load of them and put them on a shelf in an orc hut :D

Finished the full miniature, though on looking at the photo's, whole sections of the miniature seem to get lost due to the colours used and the amount of clutter, when its in the hand it looks fine.  :?

Hey now, that looks really good, I like the orc's expression, mean looking b*stard, the ankle biter looks good too. Is that an 'ace of spades' up top on the left?

Great mini and painting

Thank you kind Sir. Yes, hes got playing cards all over him, all of them aces for some reason, I think its a Black Scorpion motif or something.
