My 28mm Vistula Legion on campaign in the peninsula.
« on: May 10, 2011, 09:19:54 PM »
As my Polish Vistula Legion brigade has reached a playable size i decided to take a few pics.
As it was very hot and sunny day i took them outside on my terrain boards, and i think it does give a very spanish location look to it.

Pics are here :- http://www.flickr.com/photos/torq42/sets/

Checked your pics, some pretty nice stuff you have ;D

Love your VSF/Steampunk things, nice scenery.
My favorite is Colonel Fluckinger, what have you used to build him.
Is the mount from the Leviathan range?

Excellent pictures.

On the VSF photos is the steam powered vehicle your own design, and if so, how did you build it?

Thanks for the compliments.

Comsquare, - yes i am fairly sure the beast is from Leviathen.I found it in a bargain box somewhere.

Fastolfrus, - the steamtank is scratch-built on top of the hull of a 1/35 tank.Mostly card or plasticard with various plastic bits stuck on, that i had laying around.

And what did you use for the Colonel himself?
Are the legs leftovers from the original rider, which was an Goblin, I guess?

Lovely stuff! One of my favourite "French" units and you've done a really good job of painting them  8)
