Beast,
As far as shops go, if your talking VSF, nothing. I get everything vie the Intranets. The few places around here cater to the GW crowd. There's Tabletop over in Overland Park, KS if your in the area. I do, however, highly recommend our RECRUITS convention if you can make down from Nebraska.

Sorry, Thunder old friend, don't mean to derail your thread, but...

Well, any shops with used and cut out bins? Bottom-feeder-R-me.

As for Recruits, Baron, I do, and regularly, oft behind the table with the sign 'Gauntlet Games'. ;->=

Doug

PS It's my partner and twin-by-a-different-mother, Randy, that on occasion runs a G.A.S.L.I.G.H.T. game there.

I buy cork tiles from the local DIY store, cut them into strips and stick embossed wallpaper on to them. I keep the sections short to avoid warping. I'm not sure how easy it is to get cork tiles where you are but if you need any of the embossed wallpaper I've got heaps of it.

Been looking for embossed wallpaper here in DK for the last decade..... seems to have gone out of fashion over here somewhen during the 60'ies or 70'ies.
I'll get back to you if I happen to start or restart a project that needs cobbles, then... I am thinking of digging out my Gothic Horror/Victorian Weird Adventure project as soon as I've painted a few minis for VUK, Judge Dredd, and Zed games, but with my current speed it won't be until 2020 or something...
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

Top stuff yet again Mr Chicken, and a cracking game report to boot. Bravo!!! Nice to see the Victorian style Police station in use. Lovely stuff.
They will not force us,
They will stop degrading us,
They will not control us,
We will be victorious!!

I love this (and part 1, obviously)!

Can I ask, are those Prussians Renegade WW1? Also, are your British all Ironclad?

Cheers Gibby,

With regards to the British the Guards are Ironclad and the infantry are Redoubt.

The Prussian marines are indeed Renegade WW1, I nicked the idea from Skrapwelder.

The remaining Prussian infantry are from Warrior Miniatures.
Don't!
