A small supply train
« on: May 25, 2011, 01:35:15 AM »
Here is a small British supply train for our Indostan campaign. It is still a growing project but will work as is, providing a juicy target for some despicable Indostani bandits.

Lovely Furt.

I have a similar project on the go but not as advanced as yours (and set the other side of the world so no camels!).

Among the wagons I have accumulated is that available from Boothill Miniatures... it was sculpted by fellow LAFer Duhammel.
My LAF Gallery is HERE

That is indeed a lovely wagon and it has a nice cart load of stuff to go with it. Love to see your version SI.

Wonderful stuff Furt. :-*

This collection is really growing into something really special. ;D

Thanks for the heads up re the Boot Hill cart designed by Duhamel. It would fit in nicely with your stuff ;) :D

Very nice work!  :-* Did you strap a cart onto a Foundry African cow? Did you sculpt a harness for it?

Lovely painting.

I really like the red you've used on the British.

You caught me out Remington!  >:(

I do intend to make yokes for the cow, ahem - oxen. But at the moment the cart is just resting against him.

Great stuff! That's another lovely unit.  :-*

They are always useful (essential!) things to have. I've got some camels, mules, wagons etc that I really should get  painted up asap.

Indeed... and your blog thankfully reveals these are Castaway camels. They do look great.

Don't worry about the harness. It still looks great just leaning against the... ox. :D Damn zoological nomenclature! ;)
