That's a lovely model! The lance made me LOL and I'd love to see it swoop down and do a bit of "pig-sticking" 

The transparent plastic support works very well and doesn't loo too obtrusive. Definitely possesses the VSF  -factor!

Glad this popped back up, because looking back at it I totally forgot to post a pic of the completed helo with the painted pilot in place.

Unfortunately, it's packed away for the summer and I won't be able to take a pic of it until school starts again next August.
