Just catching up onthe messages here and saw that people were asking about BH Uhlans.  I have two bags of them (8 total) and they are nice figures, smallish compared to Renegade figures but still nice.  I took some quick pictures of them, still waiting to paint them.

Thanks for that, Justin. Very helpful.

I don't actually need Uhlans quite yet, but I definitely want some. But as the chap from Great War Miniatures said on TMP that once they've sculpted some horses they may do some cavalry, I think I may hold off to see what theirs are like if they appear.

Cheers, though. I think BH stuff is pretty good, if perhaps not quite in the front rank.

I have them in my lead mountain. I have the infantry too.
Hopefully, the difference between the BH and Renagade one are not to big.
They are good quality.

Blimey, that's a blast from the past! They were one of my first sculpts back when I first started commercial sculpting. I must admit it's nice to know someone bought some!

Stay lucky,

I actually like the Battle Honours stuff, too - I had a number of their "Old Contemptibles", and the "slender 28" style was actually rather nice, if not exactly compatible with more "modern" stuff - but great on its own.

And, of course, a decent paintjob does wonders to those.
