It looks like it has come straight out of a model railway set-up. That's a very good thing by the way

The detail is superb - especially those gauges

..... and the rivet-count is satisfyingly high

Thanks, guys. Glad you like it so far.

As for the engine itself, and particularly the colour-scheme, I was heavily influenced by the River Don Engine at Kelham Island Industrial Museum, Sheffield (where I grew up) and wanted to pay homage to it. It's an amazing machine. When the flywheel gets going, you feel utterly insignificant! 12000 horsepower!
