I quite like it...but £44-00 is too much for me.  That said, it really is nice and is based on the Epic scaled dreads...which is definitely not a bad thing.

I would have both arms with power fist though...the Las-cannons look a bit to 'nailed on' for my liking.

If you put the head down where the eagle is and extended the arms a little, you would also be half way to converting a Mongrol ABC warrior too...

Yes, quite stiff. Up to everyone to decide, but I'll probably get one for the novelty factor alone, and I'd be willing to pay for that. I love it, although I don't really care that much for the laser cannon. I'm quite giddy with anticipation, though, to see other weapon arms for it, and I really like the interchangeability (i.e. you can use each arm on either position - yay for magnets, if reality matches the promise).

Personally I actually think it lacks detail for the price, really there are toy robots one tenth the price with more detail the same size. Naturally the smooth surface is part of the look, but I would kind of feel like paying for a blank piece of paper called art.

Honestly, I think it has just the right amount of detail. Currently, I have on my painting table a 1991 Space Marine captain and a 2011 Space Marine Chaplain (Finecast variant, the original sculpt is a couple of years old, IIRC), and the cleanliness of the captain has me charmed. The new model is so cramped with tiny fiddly details that it just isn't fun to paint.

Really like the model (just the right blend of clean futuristic stylings with 40K Gothic for my taste), but for that money I can buy almost three Foundry Masai, so no thanks.  :)

I quite like it but I think it's too big.

I sort of like the style but I have to agree that it is oddly lacking in detail considering the price. I think the flat functional look could of been achieved without making the majority of the figure look so featureless. It does look to big, for my eyes it's not big enough to be properly between titan and dread, but it's to big to sit next to a dread. I like it but it would only ever form part of a very expensive diorama.  :(

Probably will get flamed for this, but I don't like it. Looks not blocky and gothic enough in my humble opinion. :o
But then tastes are different.

Looks like a big space marine. I think it lost the peculiarity of the new dreads, good or bad that it was.

I love it, just spot on for WH 30K Horus Heresy games.
I may even end up buying one...

Well,

they were never really hersey canon as it were, they appeared in the epic space marine plastics, then in the later Horus heresy artwork based on the gaming cards. I'd like FW to redux the original RT dreads personally, I bet they could look very tasty indeed.

It can't get much more canon to me as the Horus heresy artwork!  ;) So works just fine IMO.

Foundry's current prices sound quite steep as well. :?
