I want to use Black Scorpion's Privateers from their Pirates range as general 18th century armed gentlemen.

Does the Black Scorpion Pirate range suffer the same super-28mm height affliction as their Tombstone range?

I want to use these with Perry Miniatures AWI, Redoubt FIW, Conquest 500 Nations, and Westwind Gothic Horror. Are they going to fit or stand out?

All Black Scorpion stuff is actually 32mm size. So they wont fit with most other ranges out there.

Irrc in EVERY page of the Black Scorpion site, you can read:

"Black Scorpion miniatures are approximately 32mm tall (29mm to eyes)".

So yep, they are bigger than most 28mm figs, but smaller than many "32mm" from other manufacturers.

Hope that helps.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

Yes. They're huge. I bought their first couple of releases to add to my collection of 150 odd Foundry Cutthroats. But they are so much bigger, and stylistically so very different, that you can really only use these beautifully sculpted, characterful figures amongst themselves  :(

You might just about get away with it against the relatively tall Redoubt and West Wind figures, but the Black Scorpion figures will tower over The relatively diminutive Perry and Conquest figures.

They are large but would fit best with Black Cat Bases pirates and to a lesser extent the Foudnry Highwaymen range

I use them along with a few other brands, and it works just fine.
Tintin - Pulp Adventures in a orderly fashion
Gallows Falls - Western Village
Eisende - Mordheim costal village WIP
Rome - SPQR & Hail Caesar
