MY ACW PROYECT

Hi All, this is my proyect for ACW, the rules is an adaptation from the free rules "The March of Eagles" of Victrix which u have obtein free in their own page, is 200 points each just infantery at the moment, i hope one day finish with artillery and cavalry!!

Don't know anything about the rules your using, so can't comment there.  However, I used to do a lot of ACW wargaming and our club varied the size of regiments based on experience.  So a green unit (mostly yankees) would have a full 1000 man regiment.  As the unit became more experienced, regiments tended to shrink in size.  A veteran unit, for example, would be lucky to have 500 - 550 men (some as low as 350... but they were usually elite).  Varying the size of the regiments based on experience also normally meant that the yankees pretty much outnumbered the rebs, as per the war.  And on the table top, the system worked very well and resulted in lots of heated, tense fights with lots of skedaddling and reforming.

Just some food for thought.  ;)

I dipping the figures but then i painted again just a little to clean the colours but left the shades, i finished an ambulance, i though all this guys will need a doctor soon!!!
(I know i need first paint artillery and cavalry but this kit is fantastic and i was crazy to paint it)

That's some awesome painting! I always love to see the non-essential wargame miniatures such as bagage train, ambulances, hospitals, etc!
